Keep dough frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies on a silpat, parchment or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes* until golden brown on the edges and slightly under-baked in the center. Remove from oven and let cool on the cookie sheet.
*Since ovens vary, start checking your cookies around 10-12 min. Don't worry if it takes less or more time than listed. Just look for those golden brown edges and just barely baked centers. Enjoy!
