Honey Butter

Why waste a perfectly warm biscuit on plain old beurre? Or a bagel for that matter? Or anything containing gluten? Make your breads taste magnifique with the simple addition of homemade honey butter.

Honey Butter

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temp
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of slat
dash of vanilla extract

Beat butter in a stand mixer for two minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape the butter down and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat another two minutes. And voilĂ ! You have delicious honey butter just waiting to raise your breakfast game a notch. Wrap tightly and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
